Refund and Returns Policy
At Organic Valley India, we are committed to delivering the highest quality vanilla, spices, and organic products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns for the following reasons:
- Defective or damaged products — items that arrived broken, leaking, or with damaged packaging
- Wrong product delivered — if you received a product different from what you ordered
- Quality issues — products that do not meet our stated quality standards
Since our products are perishable food items (vanilla beans, vanilla powder, spices, extracts), we cannot accept returns for change of mind, taste preference, or if the product has been opened and partially used without a quality issue.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is free. We will arrange for the pickup of the defective product at no cost to you, or provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for defective items. If you receive a defective product, we will replace it with the same item at no additional cost. If the same item is unavailable, we will offer a full refund.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defective product.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, or wallet)
- Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded via bank transfer
Non-Returnable Items
- Products returned after 7 days from delivery
- Items that have been opened and used without a genuine quality issue
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling or improper storage
