Organic Valley reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The website is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.
2. Products & Pricing
All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided to the best of our ability but may vary slightly from actual products.
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST.
We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. The price applicable at the time of order placement will be honored.
In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.
3. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
4. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes mentioned in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Organic Valley is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or force majeure events.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect products only.
Products must be unused and in original packaging.
Contact us with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or opened consumable products (unless defective).
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after return inspection.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product photos, and design — is the property of Organic Valley and protected by Indian copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the website’s functionality, or submit false information.
8. Limitation of Liability
Organic Valley shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sirsi, Karnataka, India.
