Organic Valley ships to all serviceable pin codes across India. We use trusted courier partners to ensure your products arrive fresh and intact.

Estimated Delivery Time

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or courier disruptions. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided.

Packaging

All products are carefully packed to preserve freshness and prevent damage during transit. Vanilla beans are vacuum-sealed or packed in airtight pouches. Fragile items are cushioned with protective material.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. You can use this to track your delivery status in real time through our courier partner’s website.

Undelivered / Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at organicvalley22@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 6360593428. We will investigate with our courier partner and arrange a re-shipment or refund if necessary.

Returns & Exchanges

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund. Return shipping will be borne by Organic Valley for eligible claims.

We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect ordering. Please check your order carefully before confirming.
