What makes Organic Valley vanilla different from other brands?
Our vanilla is sourced directly from organic farms in India and Madagascar. We maintain export-grade quality standards with FSSAI certification, lab-tested purity, and high vanillin content. With 9 years of experience in vanilla exports to Europe, we bring the same premium quality to Indian customers.
What is the difference between Indian and Madagascar vanilla?
Indian vanilla has a bold, earthy, and slightly smoky flavor profile, ideal for Indian desserts and rich dishes. Madagascar (Bourbon) vanilla offers a classic, creamy, sweet aroma with floral undertones — the world’s most popular vanilla flavor. Both are premium quality; the choice depends on your recipe and preference.
Are your products 100% natural?
Yes. All Organic Valley products are pure, natural, and free from artificial flavoring, synthetic vanillin, or chemical additives. We are FSSAI certified (Lic. No: 11222999000694).
What is the shelf life of your vanilla products?
Vanilla beans: 12–18 months when stored properly in an airtight container away from sunlight. Vanilla extract: 2–3 years. Vanilla paste: 18–24 months. Vanilla powder: 18–24 months. Vanilla sugar: 12 months. Always check the best-before date on the packaging.
How should I store vanilla beans?
Store in an airtight glass container or vacuum-sealed bag at room temperature (15–25°C). Keep away from direct sunlight and moisture. Do not refrigerate — cold temperatures can cause crystallization and dry out the beans.
Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets via Razorpay, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All online payments are secured with bank-grade encryption.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, COD is available across India. A small COD handling fee may apply on certain orders.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us via WhatsApp (+91 6360593428) or email (organicvalley22@gmail.com). Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship across India?
Yes! We offer Pan-India delivery. Free shipping on orders above ₹499.
How long does delivery take?
Metro cities: 3–5 business days. Other cities: 5–7 business days. Remote areas: 7–10 business days. You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. The product must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us with photos of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes! We supply to hotels, restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, and resellers. Minimum order quantity is 5kg. We also offer private label / white label services. Contact us via WhatsApp or visit our B2B page.
